Are your VAs HIPAA-trained?
Yes — onboarding includes HIPAA basics, scope (what they can ask vs. flag for clinical), and PHI handling. Full BAA on request.
Where are the VAs based?
US-based time zones for client-facing comms. EST/CST/PST coverage.
What about pricing in DMs?
VAs are trained NOT to hard-quote pricing in DMs (compliance + regulation reasons). They book consults instead — which converts better anyway.
Software they work in?
Boulevard, Aesthetic Record, Mindbody, Symplast, Vagaro. Others by request.
What if they make a mistake?
Weekly review by me + transcripts in your portal. Mistakes get corrected fast. Hiring a single VA solo means you absorb the learning curve; hiring me means I absorb it.
How fast does onboarding take?
14 days. Week 1: brand-voice playbook + softlaunch on inbox-only. Week 2: full coverage.
